We’re looking for a charismatic and technically-minded Customer Success Advocate to join our Boca Raton team.



 

 

Responsibilities

The Customer Success Advocate role requires a broad range of skills, but two are more important than everything else: you love building relationships with customers to make them successful, which means you are focused, dedicated and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

In this position, you will help Diligent customers with their service requests, invoicing, RFI’s and other requests.

Customer Success Engineers work with all levels of the organization, from managers and r senior executives at a small and large companies, and they are great at communicating with each and every audience. As a Customer Success Engineer, you will immerse yourself in our most valuable asset: our customers, their data and results.



Qualifications

  • You are a clear, responsive communicator who is up to the challenge of working across a broad range of audiences in writing, on the phone, and in person
  • You have a product mindset—you are always looking for ways to make things better
  • You love working with people and they love working with you
  • You are a doer—you find the opportunities to help customers and you take them
  • You are equally comfortable living in the details and taking the 10,000 foot view
  • You build productive relationships drive continuous process improvement.
  • You have a track record of trying and learning new things
  • You have a point of view but are low ego

 

 

If you have any prior experience in machine learning, NLP, or data science and analytics, or if you have worked directly with customers in a SaaS environment previously, don’t forget to mention it!
