What you’ll be doing:

  • Organize and run projects that support sustainability in the business operations; may include spreadsheets, budgets, file management and website management.
  • Leading multiple logistics in order to successfully achieve higher standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and visibility.
  • Oversee aspects of project management, including planning, communication, evaluation and reporting of current operations.
  • Plan, measure, track and project program outcomes to evaluate and ensure continuous process, service and quality improvement.
  • Handle event internal planning and evaluation, maintain files for organization of materials related to projects including locations, event calendar, equipment and materials reporting.
  • Conduct research and/or analysis and capture information, map processes and track results in a consistent manner for program related needs.
  • Serve as advisor and/or point-of-contact for departments; provide feedback and reports.
  • Align all programs with Sustainability and help us enhance our Values, Vision and Mission.
  • Propose ideas to improve processes, services and program quality.
  • Communicate effectively internally and externally with all partners.


We’d love to hear from you if:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences, Sustainable Studies, Architecture, Civil Engineering or Environmental affairs or related from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of knowledge and experience.
  • You can utilize independent judgment, discretion and initiative.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You have working knowledge of organization's services.
  • You have exceptional social skills.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft applications and database management.
  • You have knowledge and real passion for sustainability concepts such LEED.
  • You have the ability to work in a team with adaptive leadership skills and problem solving.
